I am currently investigating the use of videoconferencing for AGOCG (Advisory Group on Computer Graphics). I would like to know about the equipment that you are using, and your opinions of that equipment. In addition I would like to know how you think you might be using videoconferencing technology in the future. The questionnaire should take about ten or fifteen minute to complete. I hope you can find the time to help with this research.

Please add any comments at the end if you do not feel that the questionnaire has covered other issues which you consider to be relevant.

Please return to: Lindsey Butters, HUSAT Research Institute, The Elms, Elms Grove, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 1RG. By 10th October.
