HELP!!!!!....

Upon me trying to startup the CuSeeMe program (cuseeme.exe) I get the
following error message in a dialog box:

WSAAsyncSelect() blew chow. (20050)

Can anyone explain what this means and possible how to correct the
problem? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
