What are the Internet Service Providers going to do when they start to see a
lot of people hogging lots of bandwidth for videoconferencing etc? They're
going to have to get smarter about how they charge for usage: by the packet
instead of by the hour. That also means that videoconferencing will no
longer be "free" but instead will be charged at its fair share of the
bandwidth used...

(Already seeing providers charging more per hour for a 28.8 connection,
which is a move in the same direction...)
