CU-SeeMe Technical Info??

Are there any sources of CU-SeeMe technical information, such as the design
principles behind the CU-SeeMe protocol?

I managed to borrow a video capture card for the weekend and got the chance
to try CUSM sending & receiving. I must say I was quite impressed!
