A followup on my 'won't work' problem- the .70b1 version of the Windows
client connects OK; the MOTD isn't garbled at all.

If anyone wants to try this out, connect from 10:00-16:00EDT to
131.178.38.98. I'd like to feed some or all of our radio programming into
this reflector; any pointers on delta-mod Vs. any other audio encoding
method would be appreciated. (Trade-offs, etc).
