Steev, there are subdirectories in /pub/cu-seeme/Reflector on
cu-seeme.cornell.edu site. I checked again. There is only one
.tar file for 3.00b3 version, but there are system specific .tar
files for 4.00b2 version.
Anyway, you should have no problems with compilation.
If you do, I could get you a working copy (of source files) from
friend's SGI. But this should be the last resort.

When I compiled it on SGI, I had no problems.
