Reflector 4.00B3 OBTAIN-GENREAL-BCC broken

Under NeXTstep 4.00b3 reflector, setting

OBTAIN-GENERAL-BCC 129.237.117 907

will not let it start up properly (I get a Segmentation Fault); here's a
copy of reflect.conf:

isn't necessary :)
