RE: CU-SEEME and Win95

The original poster didn't say how he downloaded the file, but if it was by
doing an -manual- FTP (ie., starting up FTP in a command/DOS box,
typing FTP and going from there) rather than via a browser, it may be the
case that the poster did not set the FTP transfer mode to BINARY.

Manual FTP's usually default to ASCII/Text style transfers which will certainly
scamble a binary file.

The latest Cornell version is .84b7. It runs fine under Win95 for me although
I already had it running under Win3.1 previously. A friend of mine downloaded
and successfully installed with Win95, however.
