Water service to the Vigo County Industrial Park is provided by Indiana-American Water Company, one of twenty-three wholly owned water service companies of American Water Works Company, Inc.; the largest regulated water utility business in the United States. The service to the Vigo County Industrial Park consists of several thousand feet of 12 inch C-900 polyvinyl chloride water main installed in a private easement on the north edge of the park. Recent flow tests indicate that there is currently 1,030 GPM available at a residual pressure of 38 PSI at the entrance to the industrial park.
Water storage on this system is provided by the Youngstown Tank with a capacity of 500,000 gallons. Pumping support is provided by the Allendale Booster Station and a relay pumping station moving water from the source collector well located at 1st and Locust Streets in the City of Terre Haute, south throughout the Terre Haute community into the county and thence into the industrial park.

The Terre Haute treatment plant has a rated capacity of 18 million gallons per day, with an average daily pumpage of 9.2 MGD. The average system pressure throughout the Terre Haute area is 55 PSI. Water treatment consists of iron and manganese removal, chlorination and fluoridation.
